Digital Communications & Creative Content Manager

Oredian Education Resources Limited (OERL), a leading education consultancy and international education services company, is inviting applications from suitably qualified, innovative, and highly motivated professionals for the position of Digital Communications & Creative Content Manager.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead the Company's digital communications, branding, and online marketing initiatives. The role involves strengthening OERL's digital presence, promoting its products and services, managing the Company's website, and producing compelling multimedia content that drives visibility, engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Develop and implement digital communication and marketing strategies.
• Manage the Company's social media platforms and online communities.
• Create high-quality graphics, videos, reels, animations, photographs, and other multimedia content.
• Design professional promotional and branding materials.
• Plan, execute, and optimise online advertising campaigns.
• Manage and update the Company's website, including backend content administration.
• Improve the Company's online visibility through effective Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
• Monitor digital performance using analytics and recommend improvement strategies.
• Support the promotion of the Company's programmes, events, conferences, and corporate activities.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in digital communications, digital marketing, branding, or a similar role.
• Demonstrable competence in:
  • Social media management
  • Digital marketing and online advertising
  • Graphic design and creative content development
  • Photography, videography, and video editing
  • Website administration and content management
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
  • Digital analytics and performance reporting
  • Effective use of AI-powered digital communication and productivity tools
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong creativity, organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following will have an added advantage:

• A strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
• Proven success in growing an organisation's online presence and audience engagement.
• Experience managing websites and multiple digital platforms.
• Ability to conceptualise and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of current digital trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
